Love your kale video! Will get Dr. Earth now! I love kale! One part you mentioned using tree leaves for mulch however I have noticed that my plants don’t do good with the chestnut leaves and I have to get all those leaves off the ground and in the yard waste can!

Another great video, John! One thing I read in Paul Stamets' book about mushrooms and planting cold-tolerant mushrooms in winter gardens is that certain mushrooms also produce exudates that have anti-freeze. That might help the winter garden survive better!
