i got the pair of zlx12p and use the soundcraft efx8.. the sounds passed beyond my expectations. they produce high quality sounds.. next project will be the elx118p sub 😀

Hi my friend! I am doing dj in korea! I'm currently using two Ev-zlx15p at the party. But I'm feeling the limits of the speakers! So I'm looking for different brands of speakers, and I'm thinking about the Ev speakers and the sub-woofer combination. (Ev-zkx15p + Ev-zkx18sp) The price of the ztx series is too heavy. How many people do you think can be used at outdoor and indoor parties as zkx speakers? And I wonder if there is a difference between a 12-inch speaker + 15-inch sub-woofer and a 15-inch speaker + 18-inch sub-woofer. I'm going to set up my own speakers, and I wonder what kind of combination would be if I could only weigh the effectiveness of the speakers at the party without any inconvenience in size. I want to see the best efficiency in a reasonable price speaker.

when u do a gig do you use one sub? like this? and of course a left and right for your speakers? im considering buying a sub but so far i havean't needed one.. but my gig's are generally 500 people max.. so my two ev's are generally good to go.. but perhaps if i do a larger gig like 800 or more people

Thanks for the Video! Question. I have my PC for playback music, 2 EV ZLX 15'Ps and a Mackie Pro8FXV2. I am interested in a single subwoofer only for this. I want to stay with EV. Should I get the ELX118P. The ZLXp's are paired with this Sub in the speaker menu. How exactly would I hook this up with the Subwoofer? I've read to go from XLR out left from back of Mackie mixer to XLR in left on ZLXp and go from XLR out right to Sub XLR in and then sub XLR out to right XLR in on other ZLXp. My board has a MON send 1/4" out. I've read also that I can hook the ZLXp's up from Mackie's back XLR's R and L out to XLR's in's R and L on each ZLXp's and then for the sub go from the MON SEND 1/4" out on the Mackie to the XLR in on the sub.
