I got sclerotherapy about 7 years ago on my upper lip due to hemangioma. It’s extremely extremely painful I couldn’t hold back my tears during the procedure. But the result is very effective and it’s worth it.

Sclerotherapy is extremely painful! Misleading patients is not ethical. I am currently having treatment on my legs, it's been awful. I was told it would not be painful. I can't imagine anyone enjoying it. As you stated. unless your procedure is different from where I am going for treatment. I would not recommend it.

If you don't hit the vein correctly it causes a lot of pain! Thats why it's important to go to a skilled specialist instead of listening to medical advise from a youtube doc!
