Ancient Tiryns, Peloponnese. Day Tour from Athens

I visited the Acropolis of Tiryns, Peloponnese, Greece, where myth has it Hercules lived, and performed his 12 labours, or tasks from. 12 km from Argos, 18km from Mykines, 8 km from Nafplio and 90 minutes from Athens. Part of the Mycenaean culture and civilisation and the port city of Mykines.

I am not a historian or any sort of expert, just someone who likes to explore what I see around me and make videos to share my journey!

Thank you for this video. I was there in May, 2022. No one else there!! We kind of lucked upon it, as it was not on the main list of things we wanted to do in the Nafplio area. I recommend renting a car and driving all around the Peloponnese as you will almost continually run into interesting sites such as this.

Please keep in mind that your story about cultivating kiwi is impossible ("rubbish") because the genus Actinidia is mostly from SE-China.

Wouldn't that be Heracles rather than Hercules? Hercules is Roman, Heracles is Greek.
