Idk why they say steam deck is the solution. The steam deck also uses potentiometer joysticks, so drift will occur just as it does on joycons.

I have a switch lite casing that covers the joy sticks entirely. That fixed my problem

I have a launch switch and use it quite often, still no problems to this day

I’ve had my switch lite for over 2 years now. I clean it every 3 weeks. It’s fine if you take care of it, and treats the thumb sticks with care.

Man I remember back then seeing you two in those Nintendo videos, and the New York Switch release too of course! Great times! I actually went up back then and met CND since I had been his fan for way before that era of his channel haha, really since he first started it! Anyways, the Switch means so much to me! Even though it came out while I'm in my twenties, it really brought me back to my childhood, and reinstated my love for video games! Sure I absolutely loved the Wii U and played so many games on it, but I was tired of games coming out for Xbox, PlayStation, and even the PC. I've since went back and played a lot of the good games that came out for the PS4 and Xbox One which I skipped at the time, but man the Switch was just so awesome when it came out, and still is! To think like 6~ years later and I'm still so excited for so many games coming out: LoZ Tears of the Kingdom, Metroid Prime 4, Pikmin 4, and more! It really makes it feel like the first year of Switch all over again! 😁 Thank you guys for making such a great retrospective video!

I've had my switch for 3 years and I don't have any broken joycons, do they really break so easily or is it just me who takes care of them?

I think its great if you're not using the joucons and prevent dust from entering that causes joucon drift
