And that is why Cloughie was loved by so many football fans, and not just by the fans of the clubs he managed.

He was one in a million Brian Clough. What a man & what a manager. No wonder he's one of the greatest most influential managers to have lived & was loved by so many fans of all clubs. He's sorely missed

Let’s hope Lineker and his fanatical supporters, see this clip.

Proper old-school. You can see Roy Keane cringing weekly on Sky Sports whenever somebody like former Man Utd teammate Woke Gary Neville starts spouting his drivel. Graeme Souness is a decent straight talker aswel. Of course, they sacked Matt Le Tissier a while ago for not wearing his Buy Large Mansions pin like a good boy as the rest of them did.

This man got Forest promoted to the top flight and in their first season became champions. They were up against an all conquering Liverpool team at that time. Then they became European champions the very next year and defended it the season after. For me the greatest manager of all time. And I'm a Liverpool fan by the way.
