Paris Hilton turns trauma into 'true purpose' on Capitol Hill

Entrepreneur Paris Hilton spoke with Fox News' Brian Kilmeade to discuss what led her to advocate for reform in residential youth facilities and how her experiences shaped the ongoing quest for accountability. #FoxNews
