2 years late, but thank you! I'm learning 2D animation and am starting a big project. I'm turning an ending animation from a video game and reanimating it in 2D with the intent of making it more photosensitive friendly for an epileptic friend. I turned all 2000 (I'm crying, that's so many. And that's AFTER trimming all I could off the video) frames into individual images to use as references to make it as accurate to the real experience as possible. I remember I did this sequencing once in an animation class, but I forgot how, so thank you so much for this tutorial. Surprisingly enough, the file of images is only 2.58 gb big. I was expecting much worse XD
The ending animation is ARK Survival Evolved Aberration ascension scene, if you wanna know :) It's a very pretty scene, but very flashy, my friend loved the game and I want her to finally see the ending.

It also ends up using less ram when doing a camera tracking if you use images as opposed to a video.
