Shotokan Karate Kata - Taikyoku Shodan

Kata is one of the 3 pillars of Karate. Taikyoku Shodan is one of the first Kata learned in the Shotokan Karate system.

this is not shotokan😂😂😂 you are supposed to bend your stances and your supposed to have long stances side body during the blocks, also you have to do good rhythm your too fast in this video

A bit too fast, forward stances are not in the correct angle, but the punches are good and hard

No hate towards anyone but their dachi and stuff is really not that great.. An average first blow belt(kyu 3) will do better.. No hate to them but as a black belt they should be better ❤
