I had the flu recently, completely lost all smell and taste. It took my 2 days of this routine, prayer, and declaring the Blood of Jesus to get my smell and taste back! I’m not sure if it’s back all the way, but I’m thankful I’m on the road. It’s made me appreciative and grateful for my God-made senses.
Isaiah 53:5 “But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed.”
And by them I was! 🙌🏽🙏🏽

Tried this (3) years ago. It was an absolute burden not being able to smell or taste. It inhibited me from eating. Lost 12 pounds and was miserable. Found this video, implemented the steps and “within” 7 days, I was back to normal. One doesn’t appreciate sense of smell/taste until it’s lost. Every morning when I make coffee, I appreciate the aroma that much more! Thanks for the info!!

I found this video a few weeks ago, read all the comments stating how quickly it worked and was hopeful. After three weeks of doing this I’ve had little to no improvement. I’m really bummed. I’ve tried everything from smell training to zinc supplements and nothing has worked. Going with no to very little smell/taste for almost 6 months now. The only change has been a negative one; some things now smell/taste “musty.” Praying I find a solution soon!

I had flu 2 weeks ago, it started with body aches and heavy head. Then i started coughing vigorously but i could still smell. I went to a clinic for the cough bc it kept me up at night and the Dr prescribed some antibiotics and cough suryp, just when the cough got better i lost my sense of smell and a bit of taste.

I can't smell since then, sometimes i can smell a little but most of time i can't smell, just happy i can taste.

I will definitely try the coconut, pepermint and rosemary oils.

So I don’t have Covid but I had the stomach flu, and I’m terrified currently because I can’t smell ☹️ I’m so sad but I’m going to give this a try…I’m starting to lose hope. This is a miserable feeling. It’s like I’m muted from everything with no smell

I ended up getting a sinus infection and now any food that has its own natural gas, smells horrible. I.e. onions, basil and even eggs. Certain cheeses and ranch dressings are absolutely disgusting. I cant even enjoy the smell of gasoline anymore either. I will be trying this method and ill come back to you in about a week and let you know if this worked. Im hoping it does 🤞

I don’t have coconut oil and I’ve never lost my sense of taste or smell and I’m freaking out 😩 could I use Vaseline? I have a cold. I haven’t gotten a test to see if it’s Covid. I purchased the 3 oils on amazon ($30 total) and just got them. I’m trying it now and will report back in 3 days time to see if it works. I’m really hoping it does because I can’t stand the loss of taste / smell. 😔
