WING CHUN & KENPO

The Bo (Staff) Kata is a Kenpo Kata for staff. Sil Lum Tao is the first empty handed kata of the Wing Chun Kung Fu system and means "Way of Little Imagination". Hope you enjoy and practice every day. Both performed on a beautiful July 3rd morning 2013 by David Hinkle, Founder of his Combat Martial Arts System of kung fu. Mr. Hinkle has been practicing kung fu for nearly 50 years.
