Q1. What made you choose the ISQua Fellowship Programme?

We recently caught up with some of our valued Fellowship participants in order to hear their thoughts regarding the programme.
Fellows bio's are as below:
Dr Emmanuel Aiyenigba is a physician, learning and performance specialist with work experiences in Africa and Europe. With over a decade of experience as a global health consultant, he currently deploys his skills as a Faculty and Improvement Advisor for the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) on multiple projects in Africa while volunteering on various platforms to contribute to the fields of quality, organizational excellence, learning and performance. He is a Certified Project Management Professional, an ASQ Certified Quality Manager (CMQ/OE), a Certified Professional for Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and a Black Belt Lean Six Sigma practitioner. He is a Fellow and Member of the International Society for Healthcare Quality (ISQua) and the inaugural recipient of the prestigious Emerging Leader Award of the same organization. He is a professional member of the Association for Talent Development, and also a member of the WHO Global Learning Laboratory on Quality of Care and Universal Health Coverage.
Dr. Shirin Anil is a medical doctor, an Epidemiologist & Bio-statistician with over ten years of international experience in clinical research and population health. She has led projects and published and presented extensively on infectious diseases, maternal and child health, non-communicable diseases including mental health and peri-operative medicine. Dr. Anil is a safety and quality expert at Safer Care Victoria, managing advisory bodies for the Minister for Health in Victoria, Australia.
Dr Taimour Jan is an Emergency Medicine doctor, working in the EMS-verse with Medical Technology background. He was brought up in the medical life to love standardized work, data, data analysis, and decisions based on evidence. He has been practicing in the medical field for more than 13 years, occupying different managerial posts for more than 10. During this time, he has learned that all aspects of any profession can improve by ensuring that efforts are not only immense, but must be efficient too. He has also learned that his team is his family, and for a family to be successful, they must be loved, nourished, invested in, looked after, encouraged, critiqued, and not spoiled. Taimour was the very first graduate of the ISQua Specialist Certificate in Fundamentals of External Evaluation Surveying.
