Ifly has a proven pedigree dating back to fs9. It will be an excellent aircraft. Day 1 buy for me.

I feel like these smaller, independent developers are being squeezed in all directions… there’s the pressure of inibuilds churning out airliners like counterfeit c-notes, and there’s Asobo building allegedly high-fidelity airliners into MSFS 2024, along with even more add-on killing functionality. And don’t forget PMDG hitting their stride and delivering Boeings (including the MAX) at a higher pace. The feature set of the iFly Max looks super impressive, and I’ll buy it, but I’m not every simmer. They should do well, but not as well as PMDG or Fenix did with their original releases. And whether iFly can break into the top tier is dependent on stability, performance, and general flyability.

This plane is so gorgeous I absolutely LOVE IT!!! I absolutely need to reinstall Flight Sim 2020 for this aircraft released and get this dream of an airplane ASAP. Even a fully simulated vertical awareness display is there. Wonderful. And that FlyPad in the side window looks so cool, kinda like a military jet MFD screen. Absolute next level quality, one of my favorite classic planes (Boeing 737, Jumbo Jet 747 and 757 will forever be the best) but with a whole new cockpit design without throwing the well-known and beloved classic 737-NG Next Gen look overboard.
The 737 MAX look and feels so much better than the newest 777 cockpits, I can´t wait to fly it. Has it automatic ILS tune now like the Airbus or must the radial or bearing still tuned in manually? Does the MAX still use wires and pulleys as steering backup or is it fully fly-by-wire now?
Most exciting release since the FSS 727 and the old V1 Fenix Airbus!

For a modern airliner, it's been the most anticipated for me. I watched the reviews on planes that came out similar, but always lacking where it counts. Some do not like to see the cabin, I personally like it. The more immersed I am with my flight the better I stay focused. I also love the cabin view as a nice view and background noise as I am doing other things. The cabin lighting was my favorite part about the video. I am sure there can be a script added to have GSX cabin crew change the lighting based on the stages of the flight. I see LOTS of opportunity for this plane and iFly has been very successful and award winning on their other platforms. Lastly, they do not play games like PMDG does when it comes to releasing products. Clearly the expectation is set as the beginning. I was excited for FSS as well, I was the first to buy, Now I just given up on them after a year and a half still missing MAJOR updates. Today is just collects dust in my inventory and flightsim.to not many movements on FSS liveries. I never heard of FSS studios until they came into fruition with the amazing release of the vids. It was the biggest letdown in my experience with MSFS2020. I was excited to see that MSFS2024 will have one for free, but then thinking about the basic of the basics that came with the Premium Deluxe version, I felt cheated that 3rd party planes like the Areosoft CRJ came out and the FREE FBW -at the time. They just seemed to be better. Nothing changed until the vast majority of numbers complained about it was it only then we really got to see what the 787 could actually do in a modern state. I do not really trust that ASOBO will have a Max that I will appreciate. To me the Free 2024 Max version can be compared to FSS. Just pretty pictures and broken promises. When iFly decides to come out with this, I will be the first to buy without hesitation. They are well-known on other platforms and it's very solid. I do appreciate the time and effort it takes to make these, as some companies learned like Catain sim (which is NOT a scam) - times are changing, graphic cards are getting better, folks want to be immersed, no one just wants the basic and no one will want second best. We know the technology is out there and seen it in developments. IFly seems to embrace this concept.

im not a big fan on the 737 yet the 737 max makes me excited. I still enjoy the pmdg 737 however im more of an airbus guy but the 737 msx is cool
