I'm in startup ecosystem and entrepreneur. They say 1000 crore is distributed to startups but it's not true actually. They first give to government recognized incubators where they distribute funds. But these incubators use 70% fund for their own benefits and infrastructure. This is actually true and realistic.

All startup schemes are focused on business already have lot of investments and earning a lot. So this will benefit many rich kids and people who already secured big capital. But 1000s of talented people struggling to initiate business because of a poor background. Government need to alot atleast a small amount every year like 10 lakhs to 1000 aspiring students using their project details, research and knowledge in the field through interviews. This only costs govt 100 crore. Every state should do this.
