Btw, I'd not suggest any amateur in cooking to use this sort of knives. They are extremely sharp and can be very dangerous if not handled carefully. They should only be used by the professional chefs.

very little chance of slipping with a sharp knife much less than with a dull knife the danger of a sharp knife isnt so much slipping as moving the blade faster than ur hand...
