Wu Xing Explained: The 5 Elements in Chinese Philosophy

In my second video I tried to give a simple explanation about the five element theory or Wu Xing. Of course, three minutes is not enough to cover all of the information regarding the five elements but I hope this can be of some value for TCM students or people searching for knowledge.

I do kendo and iaido, and we have 5 different kamae (stances): chudan (middle): water, gedan (low): Earth, jodan (high): fire, hasso (side): wood and waki (rear) metal.
With chudan (water) you can both defend and attack. With jodan (fire), you offer up defense for attack speed. Withth hasso (wood), you can attack from 3 sides (downward, sideways, and upwards). With waki (metal) you hide the length of your blade, amd is strong in upward cuts.

And i want to know more of the relationship between the stances and the elements
