DOOM Eternal - Super Jump Glitch/Exploit

(edit) Since I noticed this video has gotten some dislikes, I want to clarify some things. No, this is not the Weapon wheel/scroll wheel jump glitch. At the time of uploading this video, I didn't even knew this kind of glitch even existed as I was not following speedruns. I still think this method is useful if you are in the heat of combat and just want to style on your foes like it's Devil May Cry, since that was the intention of this video, not to give speedrun strats.

You'll need Chrono Strike and Air Control Runes for this to work.

If you're lower than your enemy, shoot your meathook at them while the slowmo is active then jump while holding forward and looking down. Congratulations you've just achieved a super jump.

If you bind jump to scroll wheel down/up, you can sometimes gain a lot of vertical height while bunnyhopping.

Reminds me of the rocket-jumping from Quake, except it looks a bit more accessible in terms of actually pulling it off.

I’d hardly call it an exploit, you’re just turn turning your horizontal momentum into forward momentum. You’re also getting extra height because you’re using your jump at the end. I don’t see anyway this could be exploited, you really can’t jump over world objects in eternal like you could in 2016

Someone can help me I unlock skins in the doom fortress but when I go to the menu to put a skin it doesn't appear much I only have the default skin i play on ps4

What do you call it? Shotgun jump? Chrono Hook jump?

No. That's not how speedrunners do it. How do they jump that high? With no help from any enemy.
