I agree, Trish and Casey are very thorough and they are this way every single time. I love that. Every other mowing makeover person starts out this way but later doesn’t pay attention to detail and starts missing stuff. Trish and Casey you are thee very best and you do not change. I love that about you both. ❤

An overgrown property is an open invitation to squatters, vandals & ne'er-do-wells. You both do a service to the entire area by making an abandoned property seem inhabited. Your hard work paid off in a great result!

I just read an article written by a reformed burglar who basically said when he looked for target houses he always chose vulnerable houses with bushes and hedges blocking and covering up the windows and doors. He said homeowners should keep them trimmed down to the window sills or even lower.

That typically would discourage robbers and squatters.

Nice cleanup except for that enormous bush hiding that window.

You too always do such a fantastic job and I love you for doing these abandoned properties! I’m only at the beginning of the video so maybe I will be surprised. I’m disappointed that you couldn’t at least fit a portion of the backyard that’s close to the house! And then do the rest of the backyard with a part 2!😊
