That moon tea sounds wonderful, I'll definitely be trying that out this year! I'm looking forward to trying different tea blends with tulsi as well, thinking lemon balm and dried strawberries would be lovely.

What fun you are having! I have been making tea blends for years and also have a few favorites. Unfortunately I have now developed an allergy to mint family. I put lemon balm in so much and now it makes me very ill. Looking at recipes to make my own toothpaste now as so many have mint in them.
A thought about your allergies. Spring/Autumn allergies can be helped by taking local honey and you might want to see a functional medicine doctor regarding the allergies in winter ie. woodstove. I am very senstive to molds and fungi and found using an herbal extract called mycoregen that I get from my dr. helps. I too am sensitive to the wood and also mildew on the windowsils (old house problem). This also helps with Candida overgrowth too.
