Tension is the one of the biggest killers of the golf swing. Tension does not allow you to swing freely to create as much speed as necessary to hit the ball far and high. Along with Extending, Tilting and turning you need to have soft wrists to be able to swing the club fast. This new video will show the senior golfer how to create effortless power and hit the ball higher, farther and straighter than ever before!

Great video, Jess! You're like Tom S' wise uncle who says, "Slow down, kid, we'll get there." You both are excellent!

I had lost my swing for a long time. Ive been watching your videos, and it’s found. Most effortless my swing has felt in a long time. I was trying so hard to ‘make a turn’ and got all mixed up. Thank you sir!!!

Enjoy your teaching videos. Most older guys, like me, have lost distance over the years, but don’t need big distance from the irons, but we do need accuracy, and dependable, controllable distance. Now the woods do require distance, the irons accuracy, and we each swing within our pain limits-shoulders, backs, hips, knees, etc. Now show me how to hit a nice straight controllable 7 iron 140-150 yards, without swinging too hard, without fatting or hitting it thin, and I’ll nominate you for a Nobel prize! Keep it up, I enjoy your teaching style, there is always something to learn...

Thanks again Jess Frank. This is suddenly my favorite channel. I've been back three times in two days. I actually swing exacty like the way you showed in your driver video. Weight forward and turn. I'm currently 81, have been playing since I was 12. Just about everything you have been saying, I agree with 100%. This really works. We're both proof. Like Nick Taylor says:
Everyone should do this.

Thanks for the tips. Great tips for all golfers especially seniors who have lost some strength and flexibility.

Thanks Jesse for your suggestions on how to add some speed to what becomes an inevitability as we grow older. I wish I had the clarity of lessons when I first started as I seem to find today. Starting with wooden and steel shafted drivers there was a lot of misinformation that hindered many developing their swings. None the less it is one of the greatest games ever concieved

Thanks Jeff. Actually, at practice today, I discovered that when I relaxed my arms and hands but maintained weight on my lead leg, I hit the ball solid. Chuck 83 years old

Probably the most practical and easy to understand instructor I have seen on video.

I like the hands in front of the ball. It helps the left hand stay active through impact.

I am a 70yo male returning to golf after a 13 year hiatus. I was a 12 hdcp weekend golfer who gave up golf after a cardiac bypass in 2007. Post op I lost at least full club on each shot (7 iron instead of 8). I also purchased a set of Magregor JNP forged irons in the era when club fitting was virtually non-existant and I was very disappointed with the new clubs. I was frustrated and gave up on ever playing decent golf again. Currently, I have rekindled my love of golf and feel that I can still play with the stack and tilt methods and properly fitted clubs. Your videos are inspiring and I feel I can progress using your instruction and methods. Do you know of anyone in the New Bern, NC area who teaches this technique? Thanks for your great videos.
