"Take action"

it's a good advice for people for are big planners, who theorize and plan so much that they procrastine the action.

Awesome video bro. Great to see you grinding and reaching your goals.

I totally get outgrowing your friends and wanting to achieve bigger goals.

I 50% agree with you, but i think that "just taking action can help to find what you really want. You cant set the perfect plan from the first attempt

Thank you bro ❤ I've watched 4 videos of your free course and got so much value from those videos. Actually I wasn't focusing on my fitness before. But after watching your discipline course I decided to go to the gym. I got permission from my parents yesterday. Next week I'll go to the gym for the first time of my life. Today I wrote my first blog post and going to publish ASAP. Thank you again bro. I've got so much inspiration from you. Let's make this together ❤

We have to realize that most of our day to day decisions are subconscious and automatic. We're humans after all. If we're stuck in bad habits we can't remove the programming with a few seconds of strong motivation. After the motivation fades away we will fall into the same hole again.

Long-term self improvement only works when we influence our subconscious and automatic day to day decisions.

When your room is messy, that will also reflect on your mind. The behavior of the people around you will affect your behavior. Phone notifications next to a deep work session will most likely distract you.

*Motivation is overrated*
