Blueberry Clafoutis from First Cow

I show you how to make the beautiful French dessert called Clafoutis, similar to the one from the film 'First Cow'. Enjoy!

*Recipe*
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 c white granulated sugar
1/3 c melted salted butter
1 c all-purpose flour
200ml milk
1 c blueberries (fresh or thawed)

Place eggs in a mixing bowl. Whisk.
Then whisk into eggs–one at a time–vanilla, sugar, butter, milk, and flour.
Pour batter into greased 8-9" cake pan.
Top with blueberries.
Bake at 375°F for ~35 minutes.
