Hi could you provide a more precise diagram for accessing whether a face has grown vertically or horizontally?  Where does the dividing line run from exactly?

i am 18 years old now. I have the vertical face growth causing me to have a short chin. and as far i see, his face is better looking and more horizontal than mine. Can mewing fix this issue?
