The way those posters show wanted firebenders who might serve as Aang's teachers, it kind of foreshadows that Zuko too is a candidate xD

Ty Lee has grey eyes, like the air nomads, so she is probably a descendent of them. That would explain why she’s so light on her feet.

Didn't anyone notice:

That same backstory in the episode "The Puppet Master", you can see that Hama (I probably misspelled some names) has an old friend from the South Pole. She's seen at the beginning of the flashback, and at the end when Hama is taken away onto a ship. Her friend has loops around her hair, and a barely visible necklace.

If that's not enough for you to guess what's going on I'll tell you: Hama's old friend is Kahna, the grandmother of Sokka and Katara. Am I the only one who noticed that?

INSANE detail I’ve heard almost nobody mention:
If you look at avatar Roku’s waterbending training montage, you can see that the Northern Water Tribe had no wall prior to the 100 year war. It’s details like this that makes avatar such an epic show. Every time you rewatch a scene you catch new insane details that the animators went the extra mile to add. Huge props to Nickelodeon and all the people involved.

If I butcher this let me know: Yue is ‘moon’ in Chinese and Suki is ‘moon’ in Japanese(phonetically it’s tsuki)...kind of telling of Sokka if you think that he’s connected to the moon through two different girls

When Aang is talking to zuko in “the blue spirit” he says I had a good friend from the fire nation, his name was Kuzon, and then in book 3 aangs cover name is Kuzon!

U guys might have not catched this but, toph ended up becoming a professional sandbender, she can even see in it now. In the last episode where team Avatar was playing at the beach. After Aang built his Appa sculpture. Toph approached him and said "hey, i been working on my sandbending', and made a mini town in the sand which looks like Ba Sing Se.(the fact she approached Aang proves she can see in sand now👀)
