Please Please Please do a video how can i download a file to Hellocustom from kittl. When i contacted Kittl CS says ; the PDF under Kittl cannot be used to HC as it is a flatten file. When I contacted Stephen from HC the AI customer service answer me back, Stephen has only videos using Canva and I love Kittl, i am also in the discord group from HC but it looks like i am the only one that has this issue :( and no ans, pls help.
