Sleep Testing: Actigraphy vs. Sleep Logs
Показать описание
R. Robert Auger, M.D., Assistant Professor of Medicine and Psychiatry, Mayo Clinic Center for Sleep Medicine. He discusses the results of a study published in 2013. It compared the data obtained from actigraphy versus information from sleep logs or diaries filled out by patients. Sleep logs tend to be less reliable and they tended to over-estimate sleep time.
