I have abit tanned dehydrated oily shiny skin.
I’m looking for a gel moisturiser that has the most ceramides and beneficial ingredients and doesn’t have hyualronate acid. Also want it to be the most mattifying without causing any shiny greasy film when dried. What would you recommend?
