Slipknot - Scissors (short clip 1998)

I know the entire world has already seen this clip. I don't know the correct date or location. A lot of people say this is EAT'M Las Vegas, some say this is Omaha or Safari Club, I don't know it, but I'm sure the whole show was recorded.
Center camera with no zoom like the Omaha show (August 15th), why this time the taper would have filmed only the final 10 seconds?
