Joe Biden introduced Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky as “President Putin” as he welcomed Zelensky to the NATO summit in Washington. A few hours later, the 81-year-old Democrat made another gaffe, referring to "Vice-President Trump", rather than Kamala Harris.
