The so called chef Leon is a horrible chef! Beef cheeks all the time. What a joke, and so arrogant!! He’s the worse chef ever on any below deck shows.

Leon is one of those horrible co-workers that u dont ever want to be in the same space with. At least Kate spoke to him in a professional manner.

Leon honestly scared me. And to think pretty much all of the crew thought Kate was the bitchy one, I hope they all watched this after and realized what a jerk he was to Kate. She was even nice to him at times where I'd have just lost it, and she never really complained except to the cameras. I literally cheered out loud when Captain Lee finally got him off the boat. There was something not right in that man's head.

The way leon looks at Kate is pure venomous, such a dark look in he's eyes that guy is not a full shilling, 'be careful' I wouldn't be surprised if that man has a history of hitting women

Leon is actually a scary person. Just finds problems constantly in other people and is extremely difficult while also somehow being creepy.

Everyone can say what they want about Kate. Fact is that she takes her role seriously and wants a big tip after charter (as would I). He was blatantly disrespectful and nasty. That isn't professional.

Kate is doing her job. That's what she's supposed to do. She's being more professional than i would've been. Leon has a job discription that he's not doing. He doesn't have to like her, he just needs to do his job. He doesn't care about the clients. That shows you right there he's an asshole. Roxy needs to stop acting like a 3 year old. Can't criticize her or she'll throw a tantrum. No, you don't know how to do your job Roxy.

Sandy so true about how most chef on yatch usually chew the chief stewardess head off. She was very polite and in calm manner when she spoke to him. Glad he is not on the ship anymore. He doesn't even fit for TV

I've worked with arrogant chefs like this before. He is a bully. Got my brother down in the end to threaten him cos even the boss was scared of him. The chef left a week later, the new chef started, put an end to all the misogyny in the kitchen in a heartbeat. We are now married for 20 years. ☺😃
