God as a Etsy seller who’s been selling for about 5 years now it pisses me off so much, I just last year broke 1000 dollars of sales and this dude did that in like a day basically.

Youre always out there with the best chris chan content. No namecalling and stuff, just information. Really apperciate that
But as a seller meself, i just wanted to point out, that the price youre paying for doesnt 100% go to the artist. So chris actually got less than what you calculated. Etsy is super not-transparent about the atcual % they charge. The "6%" they say online is total bullcrap. It works this way - You set a product price for for example $30, the final price that you will see on the shop might be around $37€, you as the artist get around $26, the remaining 11€ goes to etsy. You also pay $0.20 for each upload of a new listing and I think another $0.20 for each month the listing is upkept on the site
