How Crusifix works is if you use it, it will trap the entity temporarily, about 5 or 10 seconds, that will give you time, if Skeleton Key also gets Added, it will be used to unlock rooms that are locked with a skull as the lock, will work only 15 times before it breaks. That's my prediction on the new update, sorry if forgot the candle ;-;

I think that the Crucifix may be obtained through possibly the teased mid game shop instead of the start elevator. I also think that it may have uses corresponding to how many pieces of it are fragmented with that blue crack seen on the model.

You can get the crucifix easily

All you gotta do is

Activate windows.

The Crucifix would very likely only work on entities like Rush, Ambush, and maybe Eyes, but entities like Seeks and Figure won’t be affected by it. It would also drag entities into the ground trapping them in some other world maybe.

There’s gonna be a silent entity and when the torch goes out the guiding light warns you that it’s coming here’s a reason when that guys candle went out he hided in a closet and the Skelton key opens a doors that might bring you to a boss room and you use the crucifix and slow and down and you use it as a gun as a weapon and when you beat it you can open chests and you might get a lot of knobs or revives random items and a coin boost and the boss might drops keys or something to open the chest but there might not be enough keys to open the chest and the chest have random stuff and you might get a doors skip when your done with the skull room this might a theory

I hope the crucifix works on entities like halt, figure, and seek (for seek prob temporarily for like 5 seconds tho)that would be very helpful, and for the bosses probably only chain them for like 15-30 seconds or something
Also 200 knobs seems like a fair price for it

Yesterday something really weird happened to me in doors, sadly I don’t have it on record. So I was playing with a random dude and we went through this room where the closets, sofas and suitcase-carrier-wagons are and suddenly, a couple of blue lightnings appeared! (The guy was standing in front of me at this moment so I didn’t mention to see it that good) This scene was a couple of seconds long and the color of the lightnings was very similar to depths (maybe there was something else, but as I said I couldn’t see it very well that’s all I saw) and the strangest thing about that all was, that there weren’t any warnings like flickers.. So may I ask you to maybe search up a bit on this thing?

Can the crucifix be used on Bald Kreek?

it works like rush, so does the crucifix affect it, or is it invincible, as it is for trolling Kreek?

i assume the crucifix is going to be found in broken pieces.

it shows it in the trailer as broken, then repairing.

i think you have to find rare pieces to create the crucifix. and perhaps the rarity is rare enough to have the pieces save between rounds.

tbh i think the crucifix will be in the shop yeah, but if you use it, guiding light wont work until next round, because i think using the crucifix the light goes into it to give it the power of getting rid of an entity, prob not tho

It is pretty obvious that the crucifix may be the blue light /death screen entity because of the color scheme.I also think that the entity is the entire hotel trying to help you out.

this is what I think the crucifix can be used in some entities
Rush/Ambush/Eyes: I think when the crucifix is used it turns blue on some parts, dragging the entity to hell, then breaks the crucifix.
Seek: When the crucifix is used on Seek, turns seek into a puddle again basically killing him, and making the other rooms normal.
Figure: some cutscene of figure dying, letting you open the lock safely out of door 50.
Halt: Ends halt’s life, by making him non existent
Jack: he lets you in and Ooga Boogaz the entity coming in like Rush/Ambush and scares them away (but only works if entity is coming.
Screech: drags him into hell.
Timothy: allows you to move back and Timothy goes on the floor, allowing you to squash him.
