How does someone become a Mandalorian?

That's interesting. The Jedi take children away from their families to raise as Jedi. The Mandalorians take orphans and give them family as Mandalorians.

7:18, in real life, "foundling" is a very old English word for an orphan raised by others. :)

Mandalorians adopting other species into their culture leads to some interesting possibilities - Mandalorian Wookies.
Now imagine a two hundred year old well trained and experienced Mandalorian Wookie Warrior equipped with Mandalorian gear (the rocket pack may need a afterburner).

The only real issue is would their _fur get caught in the armour_ joints or would the undersuit protect against that?

If not… then everyone in the galaxy would soon know not to mess with _a shaved Wookie._

You become a Mando when you adapt to their culture, simple as that! Mando is about state of mind, not about race. You can be adopted into the Mando.
