Sound echo high. Unintelligible to those with impaired hearing.

1:40 this is exactly the explanation I was looking for. I always wondered how they get an average over 3 month with just one test a year. It never made sense to me and no one ever had a good explanation. I feel doctors generally do a horrible job explaining diabetes to there patients. Everyone I know with diabetes has the same questions and misconceptions regardless of what doctor they go to.

My glucose level is always highest first thing in the morning even if I ate a small dinner and nothing else for 12 hours before I test it. No one can give me a good explanation for it.

I was never over weight and my blood sugar spiked to 562 after a series of steroid injections in my neck and T-Spine from a car accident. Now I lost too much weight and I am looking to gain back just 10 pounds which would put me at 150lbs and I’m 5’6”. Because I’m limiting my carbs and sugar intake to keep my blood glucose numbers down just eating more protein is not helping and the minute I eat a little bit more carbs it goes up to around 160 when I have kept it between high 90’s and low 120’s checking it twice a after I get up and about two after my last meal. This all started back on November 11th… It seems that no one can answer this question except eating more protein…
