This FightFast self defense tip is from Greek-American martial artist Jim Arvanitis. In this self defense technique Jim goes over the finger jab and demonstrates a quick two strike combo. This is a very simple strike to throw, yet requires some practice in order to build precision. Because you want to strike or rake the eyes of your attacker when throwing the spear eye jab.

You can tell this guy has some boxing training, or some form of training in striking because of the way he moves his hands. But anyway you can land the knuckle of your fist into your opponent's eye instead of extending your finger(prone to get broken).
