Despite the overcast weather it will be mostly dry, though Scotland will experience some persistent rainfall. Don't wish to sound churlish, but why do weather forecasters persist in specifying that temperatures are in 'degrees Celcius'? We dropped Fahrneheit in, I think, 1962, and even dribbling geriatrics like me think in Celcius.
