Red and Black Licorice Candy: Types and ... Health Risks??

When it comes to red and black licorice it's hard to believe they are in the same group. Red licorice is sweet in a delectable way whereas black licorice is so sweet it's almost bitter thanks to the ingredient, Glycyrrhizin, that makes it much sweeter than even normal sugar but can also be made with anise oil. On the bright side there are some benefits to black licorice however there are also draw backs to your health if you over-consume.
