is ji pronounced with dʑ when using it to describe a time? for example 四時, would this be yoji(ʑ) since its not at the start of the word or do they count as two separate words( as in 4 and o' clock), because in the program I use to learn (lingo deer) they seem to pronounce that like dʑ? I hope this question makes sense 😅

I'm a bit confused. In the video you say that じ when it's not the first mora, not after ん or small つ should be pronounced as [ʑ]. But in words such as 彼女 or 始める I can definitely hear it as [dʑ]! Am i wrong or just misunderstand something?
