I recently started at the store in philly. Tomorrow is my second day and it’s already causing me some anxiety because everyone is LITERALLY running around the store doing things. They’re RUNNING to go fold a shirt for the 5th time I’m just so confused and feel like I’m not doing the right thing or enough. This is also my first retail job lmao rip

It's so different from France ! I work at Uniqlo in France and it really isnt the same, I thought Uniqlo was exactly identical in every country but nooo haha it's more strict here than it is in the us i guess

I work at Uniqlo in NYC (not 5th ave) but that hiring process of where they call names and standing while reading the handbook is totally ridiculous lol. I have never experienced that with my hiring process. For my group and I, it was fun but very long. I've been with the company for a year now. If you want any tips, ask away! Also, tell me which location you're applying for if its in the new york area (brooklyn, queens, manhattan)

I attended the first UMC program recruiting program in Stockholm and damn it was corrupted… they bring internals and mix them with people who havent worked before with uniqlo and eventually the store managers who already manage those sales associates choose them no matter whatand no matter how bad they are on the expensive the new hire are… its already choosen. Biggest waste of time ! If you dont know anyone who already work there dont bother your self…
