Easy Egg Fried Rice recipe 🍚

Egg fried rice, super easy delicious recipe in 5 minutes.

Ingredients:
200g cooked, cold rice (about 2 cups)
3 eggs, beaten
1-2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tbsp minced ginger
3 spring onions, sliced
1-2 tbsp light soy sauce
A pinch of white pepper or to taste
1-2 tsp unsalted butter

1. Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Add a bit of butter and fry the cooked rice until it is warm.
2. Push the rice to one side of the pan to create space.
3. Add the butter. Pour the beaten eggs into the buttered area and cook until they are set. Once the eggs are ready, stir them into rice.
4. Add the minced ginger and garlic. Stir to combine.
5. Sprinkle in a pinch of white pepper and add parts of the spring onions. Stir to combine.
6. Pour the light soy sauce over the mixture. Stir one last time.
