How to fix This site can't provide a secure connection ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

When i load a website, chrome says 'This site can't provide a secure connection' Website sent an invalid response ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR
Solution: Website is not configured with SSL (https://) protection, so just use http:// to load the website

open up windows cmd prompt, type in: ipconfig /flushdns This will fix the problem
