Sabji Paratha

- Vegetables: Cauliflower, Beans, Green Peas, Beat, Carrot, Capsicum, Potato, Corriander Steam
- Cut Them Into Pieces & Boil On Medium Flame Till You Get One Whistle
- Smash Them Properly
- Keep This Aside & Heat 2 Tbsp Oil
- Temper Cumin Seeds
- Then Saute Chopped Onion
- Now, add paste of garlic, ginger & Chillies
- Chopped Tomato
- Homemade Sabji Masala (Dry Roast Cumin, Corriander, Fennel Seeds with Green & Black Cardamom, Clove, Bayleaf. Then make Fine Powder Of It With Salt, Turmeric, Chilli Powder)
- Cook Masalas On Low Flame Until Oil Seperates
- Now, add Smashed Vegetables & Cook Them Until Stuffings Become Dry
- Pour Cool Stuffings Into Atta Balls
- Roll Them Nicely & Cook On Low Flame Each Side
- Serve Hot With Achaar & Enjoy
