You haven't disclosed the actual paratha rolling technique

The stuffing ball has to be slightly bigger than the dough ball

The pressure has to be applied at an angle (low to no pressure at the centre and medium pressure at the edge) to push the filling to all the sides and spread it u iformly. Thats the real technique.
