Documents you need to file your Business Insurance claim

To file a claim under your Business Insurance (Vyapaar Suraksha) policy, you need to submit some documents so that your claim can be properly filed. These are:

1. Properly filled and signed claims form (If you're a Verak customer, this step of the process will be handled by us)
2. Certified copy of the insurance policy
3. A list of damaged items
4. Fire Brigade Report (if any)
5. Photographs of the damaged property
6. Initial Committee Report
7. Final Investigation Report
8. Forensics Report
9. Police FIR copy / proof of intimation to Police (if any)
10. Newspaper cuttings/Panchnama (if any)
11. Previous claim history (if any)
