Frequently when shopping for a house, you get so involved with the house hunting that you never think about what happens once you get a house under contract. It's like the dog that finally catches the mailman.......now what do I do. If you have a good real estate team they will make the next steps clear and stream lined. From the earnest money, to inspections, to the appraisal and everything else.

Would love to hear your thoughts on appraisers. I've never had a property valued at anything different than the accepted offer. Then the tax man comes and appraises your house at something completely different. Just seems like "appraisals" are scams to me.
