In this video Chad will be explaining to you why it's important to realize that you just purchased a car after you signed the paperwork / contract at the car dealership. Once you sign the contact you have entered yourself into a contract stating you'll pay be paying those monthly payments for the TERM of the Loan. I also want you to understand that once you sign & drive you must continue to pay your car note/payment for the full term you signed up for NO MATTER WHAT. That mean even if the car breaks down you still need to pay your payment. If you don't like the car or don't want to pay for it after it broke down you still must pay the payments to the Finance or Loan or Bank Company.

Wait for my Part 2 video with a few stories that will help you understand what I'm talking about!

Vehicles filmed at Dealerships are For Sale. Make sure to visit the dealerships website for detail info about each vehicle. If your watching a video thats older than 90 days you can expect that vehicle to most likely already being sold, unless its a new car.

FYI - Charleston Car Videos on YouTube Started in 2011. Back in 2008 is when I started filming cars as a car salesman to give people a better way to see a new or used vehicle. Over the years I ended up selling over 450 vehicles from doing videos. Today 1000's of vehicles have sold from people watching my car reviews in America.

This is not true. I've help plenty of my client rescind their vehicle contracts through consumer law

Side Note: If you are leasing that then you are a consumer and that car is paid for already. the finance company approved you for the vehicle which means they we approved by the bank using "YOUR" credit and the car was paid for then now the finance company wants to charge you the car amount plus the finance interest. The car is paid for you don't have to pay at all. Especially if that loan company calls your or reaches out to you at all thats breaking consumer laws and if the harass you, call you on your job, send you letter in the mail with their name on it which is against your consumer privacy act and they are posting this on your credit report as a default then that is also illegal for them to do according to consumer law book. Which then could get you a free car and a title and off of your credit and if you made payment before you made action you can request all of the money you paid into the car monthly back as well. We as consumers are the original creditors.

The car is paid for once we sign the contract...also the credit app we fill out the dealership now becomes our trustee and under the Equal Credit Opp act it states that regardless of our credit status we. An not be denied our own credit! I'll get the code and post it

I signed an initial little general finance agreement with a salesman, NOT an actual contract with a finance person. Are the forms (usually stating what your preliminary payment is, without agreeing to actual loan terms yet) legally binding at all, or does it HAVE to be a contract?

What if I purchased a car through a bank at the dealership and got my tag and title but bank never sent me plan for payment we signed contract for. And now they call me back and said we need to renew your contract because we made a mistake on your income. And they said if I don't renew contract they will repo my car. I even paid $2800 down payment and signed everything, got insurance and plates and drove it 30 days. Please help me with advice. I pray I don't go without a car on my new job with my handicapped son at home. Help please . Thanks.

What if i don't have the registration and insurance yet. And the full deposit? But the dealer is saying it is already approved so i cannot cancel it. Will the bank approve my loan without the full downpayment?

I gave a deposit, signed contract and wired payment in full, they called me and said they did not like the way i signed the paperwork. They relisted the car same day and i am awaiting them sending my money back. I told them they were in breech once they relisted therefore i revoke any agreement to arbitration as wells as any other terms. Why are we held liable once signed but they can change there mind once i paid cash.

What happens if you sign a contract and then the dealership re-does the contract without saying anything to you and the bank excepts it with no signature that is my problem right now. What do I do? Any help and advice would be highly appreciated

What if I signed a contract that I still need to take to a loan/lender (credit union, bank, etc.) but haven't had the lender contact my dealer, and I also didn't drive off in the car. Am I still obligated to buy the car?
