Pour ceux qui se demandent, c’est de l’aligot. C’est une purée de pomme de terre avec du fromage. Ça vient de vers chez moi en Aubrac en France sur un plateau situé sur la Lozère, le Cantal et l’Aveyron. C’est vraiment très bon.
