my bet is 1 boss like Akuma for the boss rush and maybe 2 original SF, either Ryu and Chunli or Ken and Cammy.

I want to see Shen, Zarina and Krizlad for boss rush. That said if do get Capcom characters I have a feeling it won't be Ryu, Ken or Chun. Despite the fans wanting to see CVS favorites in both games I have feeling they might push they might push Luke, Jamie and Manon. I mean they had Terry and Mai meet them for a reason. A Capcom collab is not a bad idea. This would be a certified "Shatter Expectations" moment since people were starting to believe the game was dead. To be honest, I wasn't expecting a SNK x Capcom collab so soon, so I think anything can happen at this point.
