Interiors were filmed at Universal Theme Park in Los Angeles (their 1994 backlot tour modified) and the Exteriors were filmed at Paramount's Great America in Santa Clara California (in silicon Valley). I was there when they were filming at Great America but obviously I wasn't on set. But I could see the production trucks and lights from a distance. :D
