As a fan of the games, this wasn’t a great adaptation but it was a fun movie.

The way Nate's theme kicks in at 3:46 is absolutely epic and BADASS!!!!

This particular setpiece was the best action scene in the movie. Anybody can say anything about the movie but the idea for this setpiece is more than worthy for the Uncharted series

I definitely say people misunderstood the casting of Tom Holland as Nathan Drake. He was a great choice for Nate. People said he looked too young, but Nate is most certainly a young man in the first game. Roughly mid to late twenties. Even if he was 30, that's still considered young.

But in general, the movie is about a younger Nathan Drake. And Tom Holland definitely nailed Drake here. He had the quirkiness and humor Nate is known for. Tom even got the seal of approval from Nolan North, the original Nathan Drake.

Unfortunately, Mark Wahlberg wasn't a great choice for Sully. It literally felt like Marky Mark played himself in the film instead of Sully.

With better direction and writing, this could have been a standout film. But unfortunately, it fell short of the games in a lot of ways. The best thing I can say about this film is that I liked it. But it's definitely not great.

I actually don't mind mark wahlberg as a younger sully but holland as nate just ain't it, unless its nate at a stupidly young age I guess but he already looked pretty young by UC1

Tbh this felt like the type of ending that be in a uncharted game. Like the big climatic fight in a cool place ie things like the rafe fight in uncharted 4
